Reliability Mesin Produksi
In a production system, all machine related to the creation of added value of an object or product must be able to operate properly, a failure on a machine can interfere the process, even more extreme can stop the whole production process. To maintain the persistence of production activities without the long time interference, it specifically required the determination and analysis of the reliability of the machine operations.
This study was conducted with data processing of operational time, and repair time of printing machine Heidelberg CD - 102 2002 using weibull distribution method, in order to obtain the curves that describes the modeling of the actual condition of the machine and repair activities. With the foundation of these curves, can be analyzed the rate of failure, probability of failure, the cumulative distribution of failure and the most important is the reliability of the printing machine.
Based on the results of data processing, discover that a mean time to failure (MTTF) is 72.894 hours, and a mean time to repair (MTTR) is 1,913 hours. Reliability rate when the machine work to the extent MTTF was still not satisfied in 36.751%, with a high rate of failure in the beginning of the machine work before MTTF time. Therefore the maintenance activities of the machine need to review that
has been implemented by the company over the years.
